For Use of Cigar Travel Humidor

Welcome, and thank you for purchasing our premium Cigar Travel Humidor by Yonko House LLC. By using, handling, or transporting the Product, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Product Use & Intended Purpose

This Product is designed for personal use to store and transport cigars in a controlled and protective environment. It is not intended for illegal use, commercial storage, or shipment of other substances. Use of the Product in any unauthorized or unlawful manner is strictly prohibited.

2. Care & Maintenance

To preserve the integrity and lifespan of your humidor:

• Maintain recommended humidity levels using a humidity pack.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or water.

• Do not submerge or overfill.

• Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or modification is not covered under warranty.

3. Warranty & Limitations

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our humidors. A limited warrantee of [1 year] covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Humidity pack, cutter, lighter, or other accessories

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within [30 days] of delivery for unused products in original condition and packaging. 5. Limitation of Liability

• Do not use the cutter or lighter in unsafe conditions or near flammable materials.
